Nurturing Wellness is all about building community resources that support the physical, mental, and spiritual health for neurodivergent parents navigating life in "overdrive". You're not alone in this journey.

About Me

Like many of us, I’m a mom in the trenches. My two kids are now 10 and 6.

As they grow and change, I've learned how essential it is to nurture my body, mind, and spirit so I can be the most grounded, supportive version of myself for them.

In 2024, I was diagnosed with ADHD in my mid-40s. This shift in understanding has changed my entire perspective, as well as current parenting strategies. 

As I navigate new challenges and brace for the tween/teen years, my goal is to build a community of like-minded parents who actively share wisdom and ideas.

I believe that we busy parents need all the resources we can get to nurture ourselves and build meaningful connections.
